DATA CONTROLLER
Napoliy POS and the data controller
Napoliy POS is a brand of Simtela Information Technologies. Simtela Information Technologies acts as the data controller for personal-data processing through this website and the demo request form.
FORM NOTICE
Contact and demo request data
When you submit the demo form, the following information is collected electronically and used only in connection with your request.
Data categories
- Identity data: first and last name
- Business data: business name and business type
- Contact data: work email and, if provided, phone number
- Request-security data: IP address, submission time, notice version and language
Purposes of processing
- Receiving, reviewing and responding to your request
- Scheduling a product demo and contacting you about it
- Managing pre-sales communication initiated by your request

Depending on the request, processing relies on the legal bases for steps directly related to entering into or performing a contract and/or the controller's legitimate interests under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698. The checkbox only confirms that this notice was read; it is not consent to marketing.
Data is collected from the information you enter and the technical records generated automatically while the request is securely transmitted. The form does not request special-category personal data.
